in today's over-controlled lifestyle the true sign of mental strength
and sanity is a bit of extrovert craziness. When combined with the enthusiasm
and self-confidence that comes from skill and virtuosity, controlled madness
can be the source of great musical energy. Crazy energy is a rarity, especially
in the form of musical eloquence. When you experience it, enjoy! Here

Strolling with the Groove is also a pedagogic project where all the sheet
music and a CD (MUSIC MINUS 13) containing only the rhythm section are
available from Crazy Energy Productions. The horns can use this CD for
practising score-reading, solos and rhythm understanding, and the rhythm
section can study harmonies, bass-tracks and drum figures.

is exuberant an mature in style. If he would deal out of grades, this
is by far in the A+ category.
The big band is composed of many of New York's finest recording and performing
artists, among whom Jens created a place for himself as band leader and
trombone soloist.
Here Wendelboe sends us a letter from New York which many should "listen"
to.
